An Arctic Adventure

In early 2023 my best friend Jonas, five norwegian friends and I embarked on an adventure. Our mission was to cross the island Spitsbergen, which is located in the Svalbard archipelago only 1.000 kilometers shy of the North Pole, from south to north.

We would travel the distance on skis, pulling pulkas behind us containing all our belongings for 40 days out in the arctic wilderness. But not only that — the main objective of this trip was to create a professional, high quality movie. For 40 days I would have my camera ready and catch every little moment. The outcome is a feature-length documentary movie. “End to End Svalbard” is not published yet, but you can watch the trailer HERE.

I learned a lot on this adventure, and I definetely don’t want to miss this experience. The photographs in this collection give a small insight in our time on the ice, and hopefully fuel your desire for new adventures!
